Hey what's up? I feel everything that was said on here. I'm a local underground rapper myself and I think that the only rappers that's making moves like Major Figgaz is the Oy Boyz. I gotta give it up to them, they do their thang!! i went on a lil vacation in Ocean City this past summer & went to the Funkmaster Flex Car Show, & the Oy Boyz were there! Was suprised as hell to see them up there. But them dudes be EVERYWHERE. They be grindin' 4 real. i had a lil setback so I ain't jump all the way out there yet, but you will be hearing from S.E. Whoever did this artical is right & exact. However, D.C. do have a solo artist by tha name of City Boy who just came home from prison that's killin tha D.C. Rap Scene. Check out tha myspace @ DCSOWNCITYBOY. This is one artist that killin DC's open mic scene. (301) 237-2178
